Tamara Marson is a Washington State native, born and raised in Leavenworth. A graduate of the University of Puget Sound (BA, Honors in Business Administration), she moved to Seattle in 1983 and began her commitment to living and working in this vibrant and growing city. With a family background in lumber and building materials and five years of broadcast advertising sales at KIRO, she brings a construction and marketing perspective to her real estate business. She earned her license in 1988 and worked for ERA Metcalf and Associates, a Queen Anne/Magnolia boutique real estate agency at the time. In 1991, Tamara joined Windermere Real Estate Co and achieved her broker’s license in 1994.

  

In recent years, Tamara has expanded her business to include the marketing of new town homes and condominiums. Her construction background, ability to profile buyers and create appropriate marketing strategies has been instrumental to these projects success. Additionally, Tamara is the 2008 president of the Seattle Condominium Network Group, an organization of real estate professionals dedicated to the vibrant condominium market in Seattle and to the understanding of the lifestyle options, challenges and opportunities condominiums have to offer.

 
In addition to her thriving real estate practice, Tamara’s interest in training, coaching and continuing education led to her development of a mentoring program for new agents in 1996. Since the program’s inception, she has coached every new agent that has come to work for Windermere Lakeview and has completed training in Windermere’s Palm Springs and Scottsdale offices. In 1999, she was also recruited to be the assistant manager for the prestigious Windermere Lakeview office, the flagship office for in-city real estate. Her philosophy of high ethical standards and a genuine pursuit of raising the bar of real estate knowledge and professionalism are evident in her business practice, her coaching and her dealings with colleagues and the public.
