Attention all Seattle rental housing owners!

Seattle Council’s Housing, Human Services, Health and Culture committee, chaired by Nick Licata, is holding a meeting this Wednesday, August 8th @ 2:00 pm at City Hall for discussion of public comment received by the City's Department of Planning and Development (DPD) regarding their proposal for a mandatory rental housing inspections program in the

City of Seattle.

RHA (Rental Housing Association) strongly encourages all owners of rental housing in the City to attend this meeting and/or contact the Council to oppose these requirements and encourage the City to work towards finding targeted solutions which identify problem properties in the City and focus resources on those properties.

Comments? Want more info? Let me know and I'll send you a link to the RHA announcement and call to action.
